Generating leads through cold calling, references, and networking will be crucial for your success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: - Identify and target new customers for logistics services, including international cargo. - Generate leads through cold calling, references, and networking. - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client requirements and provide appropriate logistics solutions. - Sales Planning & Target Achievement: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets effectively. - Marketing Initiatives: - Support promotional activities, branding, and marketing campaigns. - Collaborate on digital marketing, content creation, and event participation. - Pricing & Negotiation: - Prepare competitive quotations for air and ocean freight. - Negotiate rates with clients to close deals profitably. - Internal Coordination: - Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless execution. - Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. - Reporting & Analysis: - Maintain MIS reports and provide market feedback. - Analyze trends and recommend improvements in the sales process. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the logistics/freight forwarding industry, including international cargo. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Good understanding of international logistics processes for air and ocean freight. - Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
