Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate data records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve occasional travel to coordinate sales events, and the ideal candidate will be proactive in managing expenses, inventory, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support sales events, including planning, logistics, and on-site management; may require travel to various locations as needed.
  • Manage expense verifications and processing for the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursements.
  • Assist in stock allocation, inventory management, and updating of orders to ensure accurate fulfillment and minimize discrepancies.
  • Keep track of sales data and inventory levels, monitoring trends and alerting the team to any issues.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate updating of sales data in the company's software systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence related to sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for sales events
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
