Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination of logistics. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the sales team, distributors, and logistics partners to streamline processes, manage documentation, and provide efficient support. Additionally, you should be prepared to occasionally travel for coordinating and managing sales-related events. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between the sales team, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. - Prepare, verify, and manage sales and logistics documentation such as invoices, dispatch details, and reports. - Monitor inventory levels, order status, and shipment schedules to prevent disruptions. - Assist in planning and executing sales-related events, promotions, and campaigns. - Proactively resolve logistics issues, escalations, and delays. - Maintain accurate records of sales data, shipments, and customer requirements. - Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. - Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams to facilitate efficient logistics coordination. - Occasionally travel to manage and coordinate sales events, product launches, or dealer/distributor meets. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM/logistics software. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders. - Flexibility to travel as needed.,
