Job Description

As a candidate, you will be responsible for driving aggressive B2B sales targets. This includes owning and exceeding monthly and quarterly B2B revenue goals, building and managing a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach. Additionally, you will be conducting product demos, negotiating deals, and closing high-value accounts. You will also be expected to execute GTM (Go-To-Market) experiments by working closely with the founders/directors to design and run rapid GTM experiments. This involves testing new channels, messaging, and sales tactics to identify scalable growth levers and bringing data-driven insights to refine acquisition and conversion strategies. In terms of customer and market insights, you will gather real-time market intelligence from prospects and customers. It will be crucial for you to feed key insights back into the product team to influence roadmap decisions and act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions. Furthermore, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration by working with marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaign feedback. You will also partner with product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and feature development, as well as assist in improving sales processes, playbooks, and CRM hygiene. Having an ownership and leadership mindset is key in this role. You are expected to take full ownership of revenue outcomes with a founder mindset, displaying hustle, initiative, and willingness to solve problems end-to-end. Additionally, you should be prepared to scale into future Category Head / Business Leader roles by taking responsibility beyond standard sales duties. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of B2B sales experience (mandatory) - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - High bias for action, experimentation, and learning - Ambition to grow beyond the traditional account executive path *Location:* Gurgaon,
