We’re looking to bring an energetic, all-rounders on board for the role of Growth and Operations Associate - not just to tick HR checklists, but to actively run the show behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our COO, get things done, adapt quickly, and play a key role in helping Court Click scale. Being an all-rounder at Court Click means being someone who can assist the COO across multiple fronts - handling or supporting in administration, marketing, HR, operations, customer support, and any other task that helps the team move forward. What You'll Do  Work hand-in-hand with the COO to execute day-to-day operations  Assist with HR processes like onboarding, attendance tracking, team communication, and engagement  Take charge of follow-ups, coordination, and execution of tasks across teams  Organize and manage office logistics, meetings, events, and marketing efforts  Support team needs with agility - whether it’s getting documents printed, ensuring an event runs smoothly, or helping interns onboard.
