  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Sales & Admission Counsellor to manage the complete student enrolment and admission lifecyclefrom initial inquiry to final admission closure. This is a consultative inside sales role that requires strong communication skills, disciplined follow-ups, and comfort working in a structured work-from-home environment.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through training programs while closely coordinating with the Surat branch team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Counselling & Sales Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries via phone (Hindi & English)
  • Conduct needs-based admission counselling and recommend suitable training programs
  • Execute structured follow-ups to move leads through the sales and admissions funnel
  • Schedule and coordinate campus visits with the Surat branch
  • Drive post-visit engagement to close admissions

Sales Operations & Documentation

  • Follow up on fees collection in coordination with the accounts team
  • Manage admission documentation and student onboarding processes
  • Support training operations with student coordination and batch scheduling

CRM & Performance Tracking (Mandatory)

  • Maintain accurate and real-time data in Zoho CRM
  • Record call outcomes, follow-up schedules, visit status, and conversion stages
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance summaries
  • Adhere to defined sales processes, CRM hygiene, and workflows

Success Metrics:

  • Number of qualified counselling calls completed
  • Branch visits scheduled and visit-to-conversion ratio
  • Monthly admission closures against targets
  • CRM compliance and data accuracy
  • Follow-up completion and turnaround time

Who Should Apply:

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in tele-sales, inside sales, education counselling, or customer advisory roles
  • Fluent in spoken and written Hindi; basic English understanding required
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Females preferred

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Base Salary:

    12,000 to 15,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Incentives:
