Job Description

Globiva is hiring dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, or chats to promote products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Work closely with team to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

Education
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduates in any discipline.
Experience
0-2 years in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-Driven with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
