Job Description

You will be responsible for sales activities for our client in the EV battery segment. This role involves lead generation, relationship building, consultative selling, deal closure, customer success, market insights, and reporting & analysis. Your focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads, developing connections with decision-makers, tailoring solutions to customer needs, negotiating terms, nurturing existing accounts, staying informed on industry trends, and using data to improve outcomes. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA considered a plus. You must have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sectors like commercial vehicles, last mile logistics, or energy. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Being self-motivated, results-oriented, and having a good understanding of logistics and electric vehicles will be advantageous. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Your performance will be evaluated based on the quality of work, problem-solving approach, dissatisfaction towards mediocre work, and a resilient attitude to bounce back after failing.
