SailPoint Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of IAM infrastructure (

  SailPoint / ETAC / LDAP IDM

  ).
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  exploration errors, authorization issues, and server integration

  problems.
• Act as the

  first point of contact

  for user incidents via ServiceNow and email.
• Analyze incidents, provide resolutions, and escalate complex cases to experts when required.
• Respond to service requests and end-user queries in a timely and effective manner.
• Recommend and implement improvements in

  job performance, service request handling, and production incident resolution

  .
• Collaborate with the Paris OPS team for

  knowledge transfer and process optimization

  .
• Implement and manage

  server monitoring using Dynatrace

  to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, IT

  , or related field (Masters preferred).

• 3+ years

  of experience in IAM support, with strong SailPoint expertise.
• Hands-on experience with

  IAM tools

  especially SailPoint and CyberArk (Enterprise Password Vault).
• Strong understanding of

  Linux (RHEL)

  and

  Windows Server

  environments.
• Familiarity with

  LDAP IDM

  and

  Dynatrace monitoring tools

  .
• Proficiency in

  incident/change/problem management processes

  , preferably in ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
