Educational Background and Work Experience Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Sc./B.Tech). Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety (mandatory). Experience: More than five years of experience in safety and administration functions in a manufacturing/plant environment. Hands-on experience with SAP (MM or PM modules preferred), MySetu EHS tool, and MIS preparation. Competencies Good understanding of safety regulations (Factories Act, OSHA, etc.).
