Officer - Maintenance

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all equipment in the entire plant is maintained as per schedule. You will also be in charge of monitoring power supply to the plant, reducing diesel consumption, and overseeing daily checks of various systems. Additionally, you will be required to update preventive maintenance schedules, maintain building accessories, and ensure compliance with ISO requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all equipment in the entire plant is maintained as per schedule - Monitor and reduce diesel consumption - Record and update preventive maintenance schedules - Maintain building accessories such as doors, windows, and water pipes - Ensure compliance with ISO requirements - Complete outside contract jobs as per purchase order quantity and quality - Take necessary safety and precautionary measures during maintenance - Maintain smooth relations with customer department personnel - Operate and maintain the sterilization process without interruption for production - Report any deviations or malfunctions found in the plant to the supervisor - Record and maintain a separate log during the shift - Ensure total building pest control is carried out timely and effectively - Maintain spare inventory - Support the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environment management systems in accordance with ISO standards Qualification Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various functions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High commitment to the role and responsibilities,
