Ajanta Pharma is looking for Officer - Maintenance to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Maintenance Planning: Develop comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules based on equipment requirements, operational needs, and regulatory standards
Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, prevent equipment failures, and extend the lifespan of assets Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery, tools, and facilities to identify signs of wear and potential issues requiring maintenance or repair Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical problems using diagnostic tools, manuals, and expertise to identify root causes and recommend solutions Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate and perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and adjustments on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety Spare Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts, supplies, and consumables necessary for maintenance activities, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment Contract Management: Manage contracts with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for maintenance services, repairs, and equipment upgrades Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities, adhering to established protocols and procedures Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, work orders, and service reports Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track maintenance KPIs and trends Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians and staff on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and best practices
