Officer - Maintenance

As a Maintenance Engineer, your role involves maintaining all the equipment in the entire plant as per the schedule, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, monitoring and reducing diesel consumption, and recording daily checks of various systems. You will also be responsible for updating preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring proper maintenance of building accessories, and adhering to ISO requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all equipment in the entire plant is maintained as per schedule - Ensure uninterrupted power supply to the entire plant - Monitor and reduce diesel consumption - Record daily checks of electrical panel, DG routine checks, fire hydrant system checks, etc. - Update preventive maintenance schedules - Ensure proper maintenance of building accessories - Adhere to ISO requirements - Ensure completion of outside contract jobs as per purchase order - Take necessary safety and precautionary measures during maintenance - Maintain smooth relations with customer department personnel - Operate and maintain the sterilization process without interruption - Report any deviations or malfunctions to the supervisor - Maintain a separate log during the shift - Ensure total building pest control is carried out timely - Maintain spare inventory - Support implementation of OHS and Environment management systems according to ISO standards Qualifications Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High commitment level In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be responsible for supporting the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems and Environment management systems in accordance with ISO standards.,
