Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety management plans in line with organizational and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards applicable to real estate and construction projects.
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Lead toolbox talks, safety trainings, induction programs, and awareness campaigns for staff, contractors, and workers.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and external agencies to enforce safety protocols across high-rise and large-scale construction projects.
Maintain and update safety records, permits, statutory documentation, and compliance reports.
Promote a strong safety culture by implementing proactive EHS initiatives and recognizing safe behavior on site.
Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including mock drills and first-aid readiness.
