Job Description

Job Title:

Plan and conduct safety audits and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure implementation of SHEMS, EMS, TPM, and OHS systems in the plant.
Implement safe working practices and maintain legal compliance.
Coordinate with project teams and maintenance for safety practices.
Investigate accidents/incidents and propose preventive measures.
Conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Vendor safety management and audits coordination.
Support TPM SHE pillar and management-driven initiatives.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory):

BE (Mechanical / Production) from a reputed institute
Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from Central Labour Institute Mumbai (CLI) or Regional Labour Institute (RLI)

Experience / Skills:

3 – 6 years of experience in automobile manufacturing or OEM environment.
Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 systems.
Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, safety audit tools, and PPE.
Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional team skills.
Exposure to construction industry safety practices and hazard identification in electrical systems is a plus.
