Safety Manager

As a Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular site inspections and audits to maintain safety standards. - Identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions. - Providing safety training and awareness programs to employees and contractors. - Investigating incidents and accidents, preparing reports, and implementing preventive measures. - Coordinating with project teams to integrate safety measures into planning and execution. - Maintaining records of safety-related activities and compliance documentation. - Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure timely reporting and compliance. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduate or Diploma Engineer with safety certification. - Total experience of minimum 8 years, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar works. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, excellent communication and training skills, the ability to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.,
