Job Description

Safety Manager

Company: Cardan Engineering Projects LLP
Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures for piping and structural projects
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client safety standards
Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with project, QC, and site teams on safety matters

Requirements

15–20 years of experience in safety management
Technical Diploma along with Diploma in Industrial Safety
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, audits, and risk assessment procedures
Experience in enforcing safety compliance on large piping and structural projects
