Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Minimum 15-20 years of experience post BE/B.Tech (Regular Mode)

Strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively.

Must represent the organization professionally in interactions with clients, vendors, and management.

Conduct
Risk Assessment, HIRA, JSA, HAZID
and ensure effective risk control measures.
Carry out
safety audits, inspections, and incident/accident investigations
.
Ensure compliance with
ISO 45001
, statutory requirements, and client HSE guidelines.
Lead, guide, and mentor the site safety team.

Candidate Requirements:

BE/B.Tech (Regular Mode)
with
15-20 years
of experience in Safety/HSE.
Mandatory:
Prior experience in at least one of the following industries:
Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Green Energy.
Immediate joiners preferred
