Assistant Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and safety-conscious Assistant Technician to support our team at a steel maintenance site. This role involves assisting with equipment inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks in an industrial environment. Ideal candidates should be dependable, physically fit, and eager to learn on the job. Key Responsibilities: Assist technicians in performing maintenance and repair of steel structures and equipment Prepare and organize tools, materials, and safety gear Follow instructions to carry out basic tasks such as grinding, cleaning, and minor fittings Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and site procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions Willingness to learn and work in a team Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
