Safety Manager

Role Overview: As a Safety Manager/Assistant Manager at our company in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved in residential/building construction projects. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and enforce safety protocols on construction sites - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits - Develop and implement safety training programs for employees - Investigate accidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions - Keep abreast of all safety regulations and ensure compliance Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering - ADIS certification (Mandatory) - 6 to 8 years of experience in Residential/Building Construction - Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Please note that this job offers an attractive salary, immediate joining, and opportunities for career growth.
