Strong proficiency in application development with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework, understanding of .Net Maui principles is highly advantageous).
Solid experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and understanding database design.
Proven experience in L3 application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis in enterprise environments.
Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills (Highly Advantageous)

Prior direct experience with Simplicity® Business Software or other leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms.
Experience working on Singapore Government / Public Sector IT projects.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
