Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Safety Policy

:
Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health & safety policies and procedure
PPE & Footwear Compliance:
Ensure all employees and workers wear safety shoes, helmets, gloves, and other required PPE during working hours.
Safety Inspections:
Conduct regular workplace inspections to check working conditions, machine safety, fire equipment, and emergency exits.
Fire & Emergency Safety:
Inspect and maintain fire-fighting equipment, conduct fire drills, and ensure readiness of emergency response systems.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential hazards, conduct HIRA/JSA, and recommend preventive measures.
Incident Management:
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices; prepare reports and corrective actions.
Training & Awareness:
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
Safety Documents Handling:
Maintain safety records, permits, PPE issue logs, inspection checklists, and statutory compliance reports.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, ISO 45001, Factories Act, and other legal requirements.
