Project Planning and scheduling - assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverabes. Develop detailed project schedules and work plan 3. Good Communication and Coordination- Organise project meetings and updates Facilitate communication between project stakeholders 4. Risk and Isuse Management- Identify the possible risk and assist in mitigation plannings 5. Documentation and Reports- Maintain project documentation Prepare and share regular status reports 6. Quality Management- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards 7.
