Job Description

To provide professional coordination and administrative support to the OHS department by managing safety and training data across EV fleet depots and sites, ensuring timely and accurate report generation, 

follow-up on compliance matters, and supporting on-site teams. The Safety Coordinator will serve as the backbone of safety information flow, training records maintenance, and interdepartmental coordination for OHS functions


Responsibilities:

a) Collect, verify, and maintain all OHS-related data from multiple locations: incidents, inspections, near misses, training records, and compliance checklists.

b) Compile and analyse safety performance indicators and generate data dashboards for management and audit purposes.

c) Prepare high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly safety performance reports and presentations.

d) Create, publish, and monitor the Annual Training Calendar for Pilots, Workshop Staff, Supervisors, Safety Teams, and administrative personnel.

e) Coordinate with site Safety Officers for collection of periodic inspection checklists and audit reports.

f) Consolidate inspection findings and track open/non-compliant issues and their closures.

g) Coordinate weekly Toolbox Talks and Safety Messages; collect data and proof of execution.

h) Establish regular communication with site Safety and Training staff; ensure data is collected in standardized formats.

i) Use Excel for data management and PowerPoint for high-quality safety performance presentations.

j) Travel to sites periodically for audits, training observations, or incident investigations.


Qualification:

a) Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Science, Environment, HR, or related field

b) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory


Experience :

a) 2–4 years in safety coordination, data reporting, or compliance roles

b) Experience working with transport, logistics, fleet, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous


Skills:

a) Knowledge of OHS management systems and documentation

b) NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma / Training (preferred)
