Your role will involve proactively identifying risks, conducting regular safety audits, and fostering a strong culture of safety across our commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities:- EHS Compliance & Regulation Stay current with national and state-level EHS regulations related to the construction and real estate sector (e.g., BOCW Act, Environmental Protection Act, etc.). Ensure company policies and construction site operations comply with applicable legal and statutory safety regulations. Coordinate with local authorities during audits, inspections, and permit processes. Policy & Procedure Development Develop, implement, and review site-specific EHS policies, SOPs, and safety manuals.
