Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track EHS KPIs (e.g., LTIFR, near misses, energy usage, emissions, water recycling). Submit periodic reports to senior management and regulatory bodies. Implement digital tools for EHS monitoring where applicable. Preferred candidate profile 8-12 years of EHS experience, with at least 5 years in a thermal power plant. Proven experience in dealing with regulators and handling EHS audits.
