Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations professional to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase revenue.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
