Job Description

Software Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential Salon / Spa clients through field visits, cold calling, digital outreach, and referrals.
  • Understand Salon / Spa operations and effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solution.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos (online or in-person).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate lead, pipeline, and customer data.
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve product features and marketing strategies.
  • Develop long-term relationships with Salon / Spa owners and support client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally in the beauty, salon, or spa industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with both outbound and inbound sales efforts.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Travel may be required
  • Laptop with good internet required
  • Bike for local travel required
