We are seeking a driven and energetic Software Sales Manager (SAAS) to drive the adoption of our cloud-based Salon & Spa management software. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching to Salon / Spa owners and managers, conducting demos, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential Salon / Spa clients through field visits, cold calling, digital outreach, and referrals. Understand Salon / Spa operations and effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solution. Schedule and conduct product demos (online or in-person). Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain CRM records with accurate lead, pipeline, and customer data. Provide feedback from the market to improve product features and marketing strategies. Develop long-term relationships with Salon / Spa owners and support client onboarding. Requirements: Proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally in the beauty, salon, or spa industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with both outbound and inbound sales efforts. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
