SaaS Sales + Onboarding + Customer Success Analyst for ERP / CRM
We are looking for the top 1% of SaaS solution sales, onboarding & customer success talent in India. You will close US-based ERP deals, deliver flawless onboarding & customer success.
You will own the entire customer lifecycle from first contact to long-term retention, and do it at a world-class level.

Responsibilities & Impact
As our ERP Sales, Onboarding & Customer Success Analyst, you will:
Lead strategic ERP onboarding projects
from kick-off to go-live, ensuring customers see tangible business value fast.Work directly with C-level executives and operational leaders to map workflows
and optimize them on our platform.Architect onboarding blueprints
blending deep product knowledge, process innovation, and change management.- Translate customer needs into actionable configurations, integrations, and data migration plans.
- Proactively identify adoption risks and remove them before they impact success.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to
influence platform enhancements
that maximize customer success. - Track and communicate customer health metrics, moving each client from onboarding into growth and expansion phases.
