SaaS Sales + Onboarding + Customer Success Analyst for ERP / CRM


We are looking for the top 1% of SaaS solution sales, onboarding & customer success talent in India. You will close US-based ERP deals, deliver flawless onboarding & customer success.


You will own the entire customer lifecycle from first contact to long-term retention, and do it at a world-class level.


This is NOT a Routine Role — You MUST:

  • Learn and master a revolutionary digital-first & AI-based ERP platform

  • Lead ERP onboarding for clients with complex operations.
  • Solve intricate configuration, integration, and process challenges under pressure.
  • Guide customers through their digital transformation journey, ensuring a smooth go-live, measurable ROI, and long-term retention.

    who can win ERP deals AND

    who can deliver complex onboarding flawlessly.


Responsibilities & Impact

As our ERP Sales, Onboarding & Customer Success Analyst, you will:

  • Lead strategic ERP onboarding projects

    from kick-off to go-live, ensuring customers see tangible business value fast.
  • Work directly with C-level executives and operational leaders to map workflows

    and optimize them on our platform.
  • Architect onboarding blueprints

    blending deep product knowledge, process innovation, and change management.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable configurations, integrations, and data migration plans.
  • Proactively identify adoption risks and remove them before they impact success.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to

    influence platform enhancements

    that maximize customer success.
  • Track and communicate customer health metrics, moving each client from onboarding into growth and expansion phases.
  • Shape the future of ERP onboarding

    by helping businesses modernize with AI-driven tools.

  • Proven SaaS Sales Success

     – 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals, meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Prospecting Expertise

     – Ability to identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach Mastery

     – Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives on initiating conversations with new prospects.
  • Solution Selling

     – Skilled at uncovering pain points, mapping needs to product capabilities, and positioning value effectively.
  • Demo Excellence

     – Able to deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that win buy-in from technical and business stakeholders.
  • Closing Skills

     – Strong negotiation and deal-structuring ability, capable of turning interest into signed contracts.
  • ERP/SaaS Onboarding Knowledge

     – Experience leading or coordinating post-sale onboarding for complex software platforms.
  • Customer Success Mindset

     – Committed to driving adoption, ROI, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Retention & Expansion Focus

     – Skilled at upselling, cross-selling, and securing timely renewals.
  • Experience in ERP, enterprise software, or complex SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation workflows.
  • Exposure to AI-powered SaaS products.
