Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development Identify and approach potential clients for AiInbox , targeting sectors that benefit from CRM and WhatsApp automation. Develop and execute outreach strategies to build a strong lead pipeline. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Be the go-to person for key stakeholders and decision-makers during and after the sales process. Product Presentation & Enablement Deliver engaging product demonstrations of AiInbox , customized to industry-specific use cases. Educate clients on features like AI chatbots, template/broadcast management, and analytics. Revenue Growth & Deal Closure Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding clients. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative and strategic selling. Market Expansion Explore and tap into new sectors and geographic regions for expanding AiInbox adoption. Stay ahead of trends in CRM, WhatsApp marketing, and SaaS innovations. Pipeline & CRM Management Keep sales data updated using CRM tools, maintaining visibility of pipeline stages. Provide regular updates and insights on sales activities and client feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teamsproduct, marketing, and supportto deliver a seamless client experience. Share feedback from the field to help refine product features and GTM strategies. Qualifications & Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or CRM software sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently. Strong technical acumen and ability to present AI-driven features effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Must own a vehicle for client visits. About the Role: This is a full-time hybrid role for an Head of Inside Sales - US Geography at NetCom Learning located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
