Product Management & Marketing Executive

• Product Strategy & Management

• Define and manage product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the dev team to improve features.
• Ensure smooth rollout of new features and updates.

• User Acquisition & Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to onboard new users.
• Optimize user journeys to increase activation and retention.
• Identify growth channels (SEO, content, partnerships, communities, social media, etc.)

• Monetization & Premium Features

• Create strategies to upsell and cross-sell premium features.
• Design pricing, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Track conversion funnels and optimize them continuously.

• Marketing & Branding

• Build awareness of NextHunt through campaigns, content, and events.
• Work closely with sales and support to align messaging and positioning.
• Manage product marketing materials (landing pages, email campaigns, case studies)

• 2–5 years of experience in

  Product Management / Product Marketing

  , ideally in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, freemium → premium conversion.
• Hands-on experience with growth strategies, digital marketing, or sales funnels.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.
• Excellent communication and user empathy skills.
• Startup / early-stage product experience is a
