Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development cum Project Manager to lead business growth initiatives while overseeing the successful execution of client and internal projects. This hybrid role combines strategic business development with hands-on project management, requiring a well-rounded professional with strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience - 4 to 7 Years Location - Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution of tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, development, operations, and quality assurance. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction throughout the project. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control. Forecast and manage resources required for successful project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon budgets and timeframes. Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations. Ensure smooth handover to support or operational teams. Business Development Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for client communication, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop solutions that address client requirements. Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred). Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully (3–6+ years of experience preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skill Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
