Job Description

  • Develop regular reporting on the sales team's performance and provide leadership
  • Experience in sales analysis, tracking key performance metrics, and delivering sales presentations to a range of people
  • Identify new customers for specific products in designated geographies and set face-to-face meetings with potential customers
  • Experience in marketing and sales of bulk/industrial chemicals, focusing on finesse in the sales process
  • Strong emphasis on infrastructure sales/enterprise network products with the ability to handle objections and negotiations
  • Commercial Manager/Head of Sales & Marketing for a reputable shipping & logistics company based in Mumbai
  • Responsible for sales and business development in Myanmar, ANZ, and South Korea, closing sales, and achieving targets
  • Manage national coverage of marketing and sales activities in Indonesia, forecasting sales targets and mentoring team members
  • Handle full sales cycle, manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with different company departments and support the sales team in planning and operational tasks
  • Achieve sales targets for textile pigment binders & finishing agents, responsible for achieving gross margin targets
  • Drive sales in commodity trading, manage partner-related issues, and collect competitive information for sales and marketing
  • Develop business plans, liaise with enablement functions for equipping executives with necessary tools, and hire and develop sales team members
  • Responsibilities include sales strategies, market feedback sharing, channel-wise sales operations, and account executive duties
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, recruit, train, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, forecasting, and business development plans, supervise marketing and field activities
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals, and handle post-sales activities
  • Negotiate and close sales, preferably candidates with experience in inside sales, enterprise sales, or B2B sales
  • Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, and ensure the sales team meets quotas and goals
  • Focus on account development and growth in the ad sales sector, previous sales experience and a proven sales record are preferred
  • Seeking candidates with skills in retail sales or relevant skillsets, experience ranging from 0 to 5 years
