Role Responsibilities Provide technical support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and applications. Assist in the troubleshooting of RPA-related issues and respond to requests for support. Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. Document solutions, procedures, and best practices for maintaining RPA implementations. Monitor automated processes and performance metrics to ensure optimal functioning. Provide training and support to end users to enhance their understanding of RPA tools. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA systems. Conduct regular maintenance and updates of RPA applications. Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA tools and deployments. Assist in developing and refining RPA strategies to further organizational objectives. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with RPA trends and technologies. Participate in regular meetings to report on RPA project statuses and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies. Provide feedback to the development team for product enhancement needs. Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements in automation processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in RPA support or a similar role. Strong familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of database management and SQL. Experience with process mapping and documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficient in basic programming and scripting languages. Familiarity with business process management (BPM) methodologies. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. A team player with a collaborative spirit. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus. Experience in client handling and support roles is an advantage.
