Job Description


RPA Support Analyze client requirements and design RPA solutions to meet identified business needsDesign develop and implement end to end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and OrchestratorConfigure UiPath workflows using efficient well structured and maintainable practicesUtilize UiPath Data Service to model and manage persistent business data across automation projectsBuild intuitive user friendly apps using UiPath Apps for enhanced user interactionImplement intelligent automation by integrating machine learning models through UiPath AI CenterDesign and maintain document processing workflows using UiPath Document UnderstandingDevelop and consume API services REST SOAP to integrate UiPath bots with third party systemsCollaborate with stakeholders BAs and QA to align automation solutions with business objectivesParticipate in daily stand ups and client meetings work flexibly to align with onshore business hoursUse GitHub or other version control systems to manage and maintain code repositoriesTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuityPrepare documentation for solution design test plans UAT scenarios and deployment stepsSupport operational teams during UAT and production rollout phasesMaintain awareness of automation best practices and contribute to process improvementPossess basic knowledge of Blue Prism to assist in multi platform environments and support transitions where necessaryL3 Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 support tickets including bot failures exceptions and performance issuesWork closely with L1 L2 support teams to triage and escalate issues appropriatelyPerform bot health checks log analysis and implement preventive maintenance tasksParticipate in daily status meetings incident reviews and client stand upsFlexibly work during onshore business hours for effective communication and issue resolutionMake minor updates to UiPath workflows as per change requests or fix requirementsMaintain and update documentation for support processes and known issue repositoriesUse GitHub or version control tools to manage support related changes and ensure traceabilityCollaborate with development teams to transition new automations into stable production supportEnsure SLAs and response resolution times are consistently metCoordinate bot redeployments reprocessing of transactions and schedule adjustments when neededApply best practices for bot recovery resiliency and exception handlingProvide feedback and suggest improvements for automation resilience and supportabilityBasic understanding of Blue Prism or other RPA tools is a plus for hybrid environments
