Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Room Service Order Taker to join our team, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate room service orders efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Room Service Order Taker or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
