Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Room Service Order Taker to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in handling room service orders and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate room service orders efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and sales.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet high standards of service.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Possess strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
