Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Order Taker to join our team at TAJ Santacruz Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate room service orders efficiently.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of orders and sales.
Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
