Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Room Service Order Taker to join our team at Trident. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate room service orders efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of orders and sales.
Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order management software.
