Room Attendant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Room Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, inventory, and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high levels of cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

• Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an asset.
