Role Overview

Junior Robotics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing algorithms for

  perception, planning, and control

  of industrial robotic arms.
• Work with

  ROS2

  to integrate sensors, actuators, and AI models into robotic systems.
• Conduct experiments in

  simulation

  and on

  physical robots

  to validate solutions.
• Support debugging and troubleshooting of robotic systems during development and deployment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve existing systems and build new features.
• Document and share technical findings with the team.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering

  , or related field.

• 0–3 years

  of experience in robotics, automation, or a related domain (academic projects, internships, and research count).
• Programming skills in

  Python

  and/or

  C++

  .
• Basic understanding of

  robotics fundamentals

  : kinematics, control, perception, or sensor integration.
• Familiarity with

  ROS or ROS2

  (from coursework, internships, or personal projects).

• Hands-on experience deploying code on actual robots

  (through academic projects, internships, or prior work experience).
• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any

  robot simulation tools

  (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Webots, etc.).
• Exposure to

  machine learning

  frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with robotics competitions, hackathons, or open-source projects.
• Knowledge of computer vision libraries like

  OpenCV

  .
