Role Overview We’re looking for a Junior Robotics Engineer who is passionate about robotics and excited to work on real-world industrial automation challenges. This role is open to fresh graduates and engineers with up to 3 years of relevant industrial experience . You will work on robot perception, planning, and control , contributing to both simulation and live robot deployments. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects and grow into more complex responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and testing algorithms for perception, planning, and control of industrial robotic arms. Work with ROS2 to integrate sensors, actuators, and AI models into robotic systems. Conduct experiments in simulation and on physical robots to validate solutions. Support debugging and troubleshooting of robotic systems during development and deployment. Collaborate with senior engineers to improve existing systems and build new features. Document and share technical findings with the team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering , or related field. 0–3 years of experience in robotics, automation, or a related domain (academic projects, internships, and research count). Programming skills in Python and/or C++ . Basic understanding of robotics fundamentals : kinematics, control, perception, or sensor integration. Familiarity with ROS or ROS2 (from coursework, internships, or personal projects). Hands-on experience deploying code on actual robots (through academic projects, internships, or prior work experience). Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience with any robot simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Webots, etc.). Exposure to machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Role Overview As a Senior Robotics Engineer , you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced robotic control systems for industrial robotic arms. You’ll lead projects from concept to deployment — integrating AI-driven perception, planning, and control to solve complex automation challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI, hardware, and deployment teams to bring cutting-edge automation to real-world factories. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced robotic perception, planning, and control systems for high-DOF industrial arms. Own projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering, architecture, and algorithm design to deployment and ongoing optimization. Invent and implement novel algorithms that push the limits of robot intelligence, perception, and autonomy. Integrate AI and machine learning models into real-time robotic control pipelines (ROS2-based). Prototype, test, and validate solutions in both simulation and on physical robot systems. Collaborate with AI researchers, mechanical/electrical engineers, and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration. Optimize system performance for low latency, robustness, and industrial reliability . Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and system reliability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in robotics software development (industrial or research). Strong proficiency in C++ and Python (production-level code). Solid foundation in robotics fundamentals : kinematics, dynamics, control theory, motion planning, perception, and sensor fusion. Experience with ROS/ROS2 and real-time robot control systems. Hands-on experience deploying robotic systems in industrial environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex software-hardware interactions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Robotics, AI, or related field. Experience with industrial arms (UR, FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa, etc.).
