Job Description

Senior UiPath Developer

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End RPA Development
: Design, build, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows according to business requirements.
Solution Design
: Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
Optimization & Maintenance
: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and stability.
Best Practices & Standards
: Implement UiPath coding standards, reusable components, and version control (GIT/DevOps).
Integration
: Work with APIs, databases, and third-party applications to integrate automation solutions.
Security & Compliance
: Ensure automations follow IT security guidelines, data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and organizational compliance standards.
Mentoring
: Provide technical guidance and support to junior UiPath developers and automation testers.
Orchestrator Management
: Deploy, schedule, and monitor bots in UiPath Orchestrator, and handle attended/unattended bot configurations.
Documentation
: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and operational guides for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in
UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Apps
.
Experience with
UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center
is a plus.
Proficiency in
VB.NET / C# / Python
scripting within UiPath workflows.
Knowledge of
SQL, APIs, JSON, XML
for integrations.
Experience in
REFramework
and other UiPath architectural patterns.
Understanding of
Process Mining, Task Mining
, and
automation opportunity assessment
.
Exposure to
AI/ML model integration
in UiPath is an advantage.
Familiarity with
Attended and Unattended bot architecture
.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
(Mandatory).
Experience in
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
