In a managerial capacity, you will be engaged in talent recruitment activities and internal brand communication activities. You will define and validate skills required for each Key Result Area (KRA) and designation, conduct skill mapping of the organization at regular intervals, and perform gap analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for skill upgradation by introducing the latest technologies and fostering learning through sustainable platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience in machine automation and material handling, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering specializing in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or E&TC. Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal skills, and an ethical mindset are essential. You should be adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and possess core knowledge in Siemens (S7-300, S7-1200, & S7-1500) and Rockwell (MicroLogix, Compact Logix & Control Logix) automation systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, FBD, SCL, and STL, as well as the ability to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams and control narratives are required.
