Sr. Solution Design Engineer

The main purpose of this position is to develop optimized solutions layouts for given customer requirements and improve the sales order conversion rate. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, mapping operations, and capturing requirements from customers. Additionally, you will prepare 2D/3D simulation layouts of material handling (conveyor) systems. It will be essential to discuss solutions with the internal sales team and later with customers. You will need to freeze the layout technically with customers for big-ticket orders and validate the solution on-site during installation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training junior Solutions Development Engineers. Competencies required for this role include AutoCAD knowledge, creativity, innovation, technical proficiency, knowledge of material handling systems, equipment selection, and experience in executing 2 to 3 projects or developing solutions for customers. Desirable experience includes solutions/layout designing based on customer needs. Qualifications for this position include a degree in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.,
