• Plan and celebrate organization-wide events, festivals, and milestones that make work feel like home.
• 📢 Be Our Internal Brand Voice
• Identify and empower internal brand ambassadors to share authentic, real-life stories.
• Craft engaging content — videos, blogs, testimonials — that spotlight our diversity, equity, inclusion, learning culture, and everyday employee experiences.
• 🌍 Showcase Our Culture to the World
• Harness LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase our vibrant workplace and proud moments.
• Build our employer brand so that future talent dreams of working here.
• 🎨 Spark Creativity Across the Employee Lifecycle
• Develop eye-catching newsletters, infographics, event invites, and campaign visuals.
• Experiment with fresh formats and ideas to keep communications exciting and memorable.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 8 years in internal communications, HR events, or employer branding.
• A natural flair for storytelling, creative content, and people engagement.
• Digital savviness, especially with social media and visual communication tools.
• The ability to make every message feel human, authentic, and inspiring.
