Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Actively engage with clients in the Employee Car Leasing segment to understand their leasing needs and preferences.

Support the Area Sales Manager in implementing strategies for portfolio growth within the designated region.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Employee Car Leasing Perks Programs.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction with leasing solutions.

Build and expand a network within the corporate landscape, participating in industry events and engaging with key stakeholders.

Stay informed about market trends and contribute to market intelligence efforts.

Job

Minimum Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.

Strong skills in sales, relationship management, and customer service.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work closely with the Area Sales Manager and other teams to achieve collective goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience in lead generation, networking, and market awareness is an added advantage.
