DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Risk Specialist to join our BAR team specializing in quality audits, video verifications, investigations, risk management, and future leaders who will be the foundation of our team as we scale and grow.
Key job responsibilities 1. Performs audits based on high judgement to identify hard/soft defects or process gaps. 2. Performs peer review of tasks/deliverables wherever applicable. 3. Creates, updates learning modules and support business owners in driving improvements to ensure defect reduction. 4. Identifies & manages small to mid-scale process improvement opportunities at process or team level. 5. Communicates to business leaders on pre-defined guidelines with data and resolves issues with reduced guidance. 6. Work in sync with Data resources and create daily / weekly / monthly quality reports for the process and team based on set requirements. 7. Tracks and reports progress on key goals specific to the program. 8. Adheres to set targets on productivity and quality. 9. Manages escalations on routine and predefined tasks with minimal supervision. 10. Learns new tools / SOPs / processes with minimal supervision. 11. Leveraging and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Gen-AI tools into process design to maximize return on investment and minimize costs. About the team Business Assessment and Reinforcement (BAR) owns risk mining and audit for high judgement complex decisions including one-way door inventory disposal and funds withholding decisions that routinely end in litigation. We support SPIV & FRM orgs to drive improvements in investigation judgement and accuracy in enforcement decisions along with driving innovation and business excellence based on inspection of operational processes and requirements from our partner teams. We implement ops efficiency solutions on behalf for ops and program teams by identifying and fixing gaps where confirmed bad actors have a good experience or good sellers have a bad experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 months experience in POE, Authentication Team, Abuse Prevention or fraud related team
  • 1+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrates high degree of ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making and implement effective resolutions
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel in a business environment
