You will play a key role in transforming store operations through the use of smart tracking systems and delivery automation technologies to improve visibility, reduce shrinkage, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and select vendors and technology partners for traceability and delivery automation solutions.
Support the deployment, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software systems in retail stores.
Analyze system performance and KPIs, and recommend improvements to increase reliability and scalability.
Train internal stakeholders and end-users on the usage of deployed technologies and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
